The countries that have exited the competition are Samoa, Chile, Australia, Zambia, Canada, Norway, Puerto Rico and New Zealand.

Their elimination was confirmed after the final group-stage matches were played on Sunday, bringing their campaigns at the tournament to an end.

Samoa became the latest team to be knocked out after suffering a 4-0 defeat to Kenya in their final group-stage encounter.

The result left Samoa at the bottom of Group E with zero points from three matches, having failed to record a win or a draw throughout the group stage.

With the group-stage fixtures completed, the remaining teams will now prepare for the knockout phase of the competition.
