‘Honestly, You’re An Ingrate, I Won’t Let This Slide’ – Laide Bakare Blasts Eniola Badmus

Nollywood actress Laide Bakare has criticised her colleague, Eniola Badmus, over her reaction after skit maker Isbae U mentioned Bakare as one of his favourite actresses during a podcast interview.

According to reports, a video circulating online showed Badmus hissing and changing her facial expression when Isbae U mentioned Bakare during the conversation.

Reacting to the clip, Bakare took to her Instagram page to express her displeasure, accusing Badmus of repeatedly attempting to damage her reputation publicly.

The actress described her colleague as ungrateful and alleged that Badmus was determined to bring her down. She also warned that she would no longer ignore what she considered repeated disrespect.

In her post, Bakare wrote:

“Nuisance ni lady yi sha! 😡🤷‍♀️🤦‍♀️Must you Always damage my character publicly? Several times I have warned you to stop 🛑 but since you have decided to bring me down at all cost. You will surely hear from me. Ori e ti Daru, iwo OMO OFO jati jati yi. See your facial expressions at the mention of your biggest Benefactor Name?

Bakare’s comments have renewed attention on the reported tension between the two actresses, who have exchanged words on social media on previous occasions.

The disagreement has also reportedly extended beyond social media, with reports of a face-to-face confrontation between the actresses on a movie set.
