Elizabeth Olayemi, widow of late gospel singer Olayemi Bayonile Bolaji, popularly known as Toluwanisings, has emotionally appealed to her late husband not to forget her and their children.

Elizabeth made the emotional statement on Tuesday evening during her husband’s tribute night and service of songs, held on October 27, 2026, in Ibadan, Oyo State. The event was attended by several prominent artistes.

While speaking at the gathering, the grieving widow broke down in tears as she expressed her deep sorrow over the loss of her husband and spoke about how much she would continue to miss him.

“Toluwanisings my dear husband, I will forever miss you. Please don’t forget your children and me,” she said in her heartfelt tribute.

Her emotional appeal came amid an ongoing disagreement between her and her late husband’s family over his final resting place.

According to reports circulating online, Elizabeth reportedly opposed plans to bury the singer at their home in Ibadan, insisting that she preferred for him to be laid to rest in a cemetery.

The disagreement over the burial arrangements has attracted public attention, with discussions emerging on social media about the family’s differences during the period of mourning.
