Being Bullied By My Sisters Changed How I See Women – Rapper Vector
Nigerian rapper Olanrewaju Ogunmefun David, popularly known as Vector, has revealed that his childhood experiences with his sisters shaped the way he views women.
Speaking on a recent episode of the MENtality Podcast hosted by Ebuka Obi-Uchendu, the rapper said he has never considered women to be inferior or weaker than men because of how he was treated while growing up.
According to Vector, his sisters constantly bullied him during childhood, an experience he jokingly described as traumatic.
He said the experience made it impossible for him to accept the common belief that women are “weaker vessels.”
“I have never in my life looked at a woman as inferior. My sisters were bullies when we were growing up; they gave me PTSD.
“That’s why I don’t agree with the mentality of seeing a woman as weak because I have been through torture,” he said.
Vector’s remarks have sparked conversations online, with many fans reacting humorously to his story while others praised his perspective on treating women as equals rather than viewing them as inferior.
