Good Luck Legend’ – FIFA President Infantino Sends Emotional Message To Messi

FIFA President Gianni Infantino has sent an emotional message to Lionel Messi following the Argentina captain’s retirement from international football.

Infantino shared a message on Instagram after Messi played his final match for the Argentina national team.

He also posted a photo of himself with the Inter Miami forward while holding the FIFA World Cup trophy.

“Congratulations, Messi, thank you very much! Argentine fans and Messi loyalists worldwide were incredibly emotional seeing you perform that timeless magic in the national team jersey for the last time!” Infantino wrote.

He then added: “Good luck, legend.”

Messi ended his Argentina career as the country’s most-capped player, making 208 appearances for the national team.

The 39-year-old will now focus on his club career with Inter Miami after bringing his international journey to an end.
