‘I Can’t Marry Man Who Earns Less Than Me’ – BBNaija Star, Sabrina

Former Big Brother Naija 10/10 housemate, Sabrina Idukpaye, has revealed that she cannot marry a man who earns less than she does.

Speaking in a recent episode of The LOO Podcast, the reality TV star said financial compatibility is an important factor when choosing a life partner.

According to Sabrina, although she believes in love, her personal experience has shown that relationships where the woman earns significantly more than the man are often difficult to sustain.

She said:

“I believe in love and it can trump all situations, but I can’t marry a man who earns less than me. I found out that sometimes, it’s difficult for a man to be in a sustainable relationship with someone who earns far more than them.

“It is normally not the healthiest of relationships, having experienced it. So, I definitely will not marry a poorer man unless we fell in love before we found out about it.”

Sabrina’s comments have sparked conversations on social media, with many people sharing differing opinions on whether financial status should play a major role in choosing a marriage partner.
