“I Don’t Want Problems In My Life” – Femi Kuti Declines To Take Photos With Korra Obidi

Nigerian musician Femi Kuti jokingly refused to take photos alone with celebrity dancer Korra Obidi, saying he did not want to be involved in any online controversy.

The moment happened after Korra’s live concert in Lagos and was shared in a video on Instagram.

Femi Kuti’s reaction appeared to reference the controversy that followed Korra Obidi’s twerking tribute at the gravesite of his late father, Fela Kuti, during her visit in December 2025.

In the video, Femi said he already has enough problems and does not want any unnecessary drama. He also called on his elder sister, Yeni Kuti, to join them in the photo to avoid any misunderstanding.

“YK come and enter this picture, I don’t want any problems in my life. I have enough problems. Seems the gods don’t even want this picture, that’s why it’s raining,” he said.

Sharing the video, Korra Obidi wrote:
