Music executive DapperDam has responded to allegations made by Nigerian artistes Seyi Vibez, Shallipopi and T.I Blaze over their dealings with him, including disputes surrounding contracts, royalties and payments.

DapperDam addressed the allegations in a series of posts on his official X account on Saturday, August 15, 2026.

He denied the accusations and insisted that the available records would establish the truth. He also challenged the artistes to subject their contracts and financial records to independent audits.

“I will not demean myself by disrespecting the one thing I stand on, which is my love for music. So I won’t stoop so low as to engage in insults.

“I have nothing to hide. The records exist. The authorities have them. Let the process establish the truth.

“Don’t come online and spill rubbish narratives, & lies, only to mislead the public!” he wrote.

DapperDam also said the artistes chose to leave their relationship with him and were not forced out.

“You chose to leave! No one forced you, and we are still fine without you! Move on! Stop acting obsessed!” he stated.

Addressing Shallipopi’s claims, DapperDam said their relationship began in 2021 and claimed he invested in the singer’s first project before receiving any music from him.

“For the avoidance of doubt, this relationship began in 2021, and it began with me putting money down for your first project before getting any music from you.

“So who made who?

“God made me, nigga! Dapper Damm, Son of God!” he added.

DapperDam, who referred to Shallipopi as “Mr. Elon,” further claimed that an audit had already been conducted by a reputable company.

He challenged the artistes to commission another independent audit involving major accounting and legal firms to examine their contracts and financial records.

“We already did an audit from a reputable company! Surprise surprise, who owes who?

“If e sure for any of you, make we go KPMG, PwC, Deloitte, Templers, Aluko & Oyebode, Olaniwun Ajayi LP, Udo Udoma & Belo-Osagie.

“Any top law firm and auditing firm. Let them run a forensic analysis and interpret both the accounts and the contract for us, and tell you I cheated you!” he said.

DapperDam also disputed Shallipopi’s claim concerning a scheduled appearance, saying he attended the event while the singer was absent.

“For our last scheduled appearance, you didn’t show up nigga. I was there, but you wanna come online and say, ‘let’s meet in court’, when you’re the one running from court,” he stated.

The music executive maintained that the relevant records were available and said the appropriate processes to address the dispute were already ongoing.

“I have said what I need to say. The records are available. The appropriate processes are ongoing,” he wrote.
