‘I’m The Best’ – Wizkid Sparks Fresh Supremacy Battle With Burna Boy

Grammy-winning Nigerian singer Wizkid has sparked fresh debates among fans after suggesting that he was chosen to close the Afronation concert in Portugal because he is “the best.”

The comments have fueled the ongoing rivalry between Wizkid and fellow Grammy-winning singer Burna Boy.

Before Wizkid’s performance, many Burna Boy fans had praised him for headlining the opening day of Afronation Portugal. They argued that the organizers chose him to perform first because he had more star power than Wizkid and the other artistes billed for the festival.

However, while performing on Sunday, Wizkid appeared to respond to the debate by saying he was scheduled to perform last because he is the best.

He said, “Big Wiz is here. This is why you save the best for the last, baby.”

His statement quickly went viral on social media, with many fans interpreting it as a response to the ongoing arguments over the performance order between him and Burna Boy.

The latest comments have added to the tension between the two music stars, who reportedly fell out a few months ago after Burna Boy allegedly confronted Wizkid’s official disc jockey, DJ Tunez, at a nightclub in Lagos.
