LaLiga: Mourinho Introduces Four New Rules In Real Madrid Dressing Room
Real Madrid manager Jose Mourinho has reportedly introduced four new rules in the club’s dressing room following his return to the Spanish giants.
The 63-year-old manager has returned for a second spell at Real Madrid and, according to AS, identified several habits within the squad that he wants to change.
One of the new rules concerns the players’ diet. Mourinho has reportedly stopped players from having complete freedom over what they eat.
Instead, the club’s nutritionist will be responsible for preparing structured menus and overseeing the players’ nutrition.
Mourinho has also introduced a punishment for players who arrive late to training. Any player who reports late will be required to complete a separate gym session.
Another rule focuses on injury recovery. Players recovering from injuries will now be expected to do their rehabilitation at Real Madrid’s training ground under the supervision of the club, rather than working away from the team with external staff.
The changes are part of Mourinho’s efforts to improve discipline, fitness and professionalism within the Real Madrid squad.
