When asked in Pidgin English, “Can we say the separation wey Papa and your Mama get, affect you?”, Isabel admitted that the separation had affected her.

She, however, said she is gradually adjusting to the situation.

“I mean obviously yes, but things are getting better day by day,” she said.

2Baba announced his separation from Annie Idibia in February 2025 and later married Edo State lawmaker Natasha Osawaru.

Meanwhile, Nigerian comedian and filmmaker Ayo Makun, popularly known as AY, recently joked about the possibility of 2Baba divorcing Natasha and returning to singlehood.

AY made the remarks at Daddy Showkey’s 50 years on stage concert in Lagos.

The comedian said 2Baba was his neighbour before his relationship with Natasha, adding that Natasha relocated the singer to Edo State and Abuja.

AY also playfully referenced 2Baba’s ongoing marital issues with Natasha, suggesting that the singer could eventually end the marriage and return to singlehood.
