NPFL: River United Remain Focused Despite Unbeaten Streak

Rivers United captain, Stephen Manyo, says the team remains focused on achieving its goals this season despite their unbeaten start to the campaign.

The Pride of Rivers are unbeaten after seven league outings this season, recording four wins and three draws.

Manyo said the players will not become complacent despite their impressive start to the season.

“The spirit in the camp is good, the training session has been good as well as everybody is happy,” Manyo told Rivers United’s media.

“We are not losing focus we still have a long way to go.

“We haven’t won anything yet, our feet are on the ground, the coach have urged us to stay focused. We are ready for the next game.”
