Osimhen Under Fire For Engaging In Fight With Mourino
Galatasaray striker, Victor Osimhen, has come under criticism following his clash with Villarreal defender Santiago Mourino during a pre-season friendly.
Osimhen was involved in an altercation with Mourino during Galatasaray’s 2-1 defeat to Villarreal at RAMS Park over the weekend.

The Nigerian striker reportedly became frustrated after Mourino used his body to prevent him from moving into a dangerous position inside the penalty area.
The incident sparked a confrontation between the two players, with Osimhen receiving a yellow card for his involvement.
Reacting to the incident after the match, Villarreal head coach Inigo Perez criticised Osimhen for what he described as an attack on Mourino.
Perez suggested that the Galatasaray striker should have been shown a red card instead of a yellow.
“There is not much to say about the football, because the opposing team didn’t come onto the field to play football, but to fight,” Perez said.
“Osimhen attacked our player out of nowhere and only got a yellow card.”
