Turkey: Osimhen Makes Demands After Galatasaray Fail To Beat Çorum

Galatasaray striker Victor Osimhen has urged his teammates to work harder and give their best after the club began their Turkish Super Lig campaign with a disappointing 2-2 draw against Çorum.

Osimhen scored both of Galatasaray’s goals in the match, but the Turkish champions were unable to secure all three points at home.

The Nigerian international, who has been linked with a possible move to Arsenal and Al-Hilal, said the team must improve quickly and build momentum ahead of the UEFA Champions League.

Speaking to beIN Sports, Osimhen said:

“It’s going to be a tough season. The team is well aware of that. We need to work very hard.”

“We need to give our all on the pitch. The fans are always behind us. We need to gain momentum before the Champions League. Our fighting spirit must increase.”

Osimhen’s comments come as Galatasaray look to improve their performance and prepare for a demanding season.
