UCL: Hansi Flick Names 22-Man Barcelona Squad To Face Galatasaray
Barcelona manager Hansi Flick has named a 22-man squad for the club’s UEFA Champions League clash against Galatasaray at Rams Park in Turkey.
The squad includes young forward Lamine Yamal, with Barcelona preparing to face the Turkish side in their latest European fixture. Flick will be hoping his players can build on their recent domestic success.
However, Barcelona will be without several key players because of injuries. Raphinha, Andreas Christensen, Frenkie de Jong and Roony Bardghji have all been left out of the travelling squad.
The Spanish giants head into the encounter in good form after recording a convincing 3-0 victory over Getafe in LaLiga over the weekend. They will now aim to carry that momentum into the Champions League.
Barcelona’s 22-man squad includes Joan Garcia, Cancelo, Balde, Fariñas, Cubarsí, Gavi, Fermín, Pedri, Gabriel Jesus, Lamine Yamal and Xavi Espart.
Other players named are Szczesny, Adeyemi, Rodrigo, Gordon, Gerard Martin, Olmo, Bernal, Kounde, Eric Garcia, Dominik Livaković and Hamza Abdelkarim.
