‘We Were Dating Same Girl’ – Blaqbonez Finally Reveals Cause Of Feud With Odumodublvck

Nigerian rapper Emeka Akumah, popularly known as Blaqbonez, has revealed that his long-running feud with fellow rapper Odumodublvck began after they discovered they had been romantically involved with the same woman.

Blaqbonez made the revelation during an interview with media personality Rufai Oseni, explaining that he initially had no idea the woman was also involved with Odumodublvck.

The disclosure comes after years of tension between the two artistes, with Odumodublvck previously insisting that their disagreement was more than a music rivalry.

In June 2025, Odumodublvck responded to a diss track from Blaqbonez, stating that their dispute was not simply a rap battle.

The situation escalated further in June 2026 when Odumodublvck accused Blaqbonez of sexual abuse and alleged that people in the music industry were protecting him.

Blaqbonez has now given his own account of how the dispute started.

He said, “Odumodu and I were with a girl at the same time but I didn’t know she was with him too around the same time we met.”

According to the rapper, the woman later contacted his manager and allegedly threatened to ruin his career.

Blaqbonez said Odumodublvck also contacted him and accused him of disturbing his girlfriend.

“I didn’t know that the girl was with Odumodublvck. I don’t really know at what point Odumodublvck came into the picture. She called my manager that she’s going to destroy my career,” he explained.

“Odumodublvck accused me on the phone of disturbing his babe. And I’m like how? We had a thing and she sent me a weird message and I just called her to know why she sent me this message.”

Blaqbonez said he eventually blocked the woman after she failed to answer his calls and that he stopped communicating with her after discovering her connection with Odumodublvck.

He also recalled receiving a message from Odumodublvck asking when he last had sexual intercourse with the woman.

According to Blaqbonez, he deliberately avoided answering the question because he did not want to interfere with their relationship or become involved in their personal issues.

“This is me trying to stay out of the drama. Odumodublvck now said then we’re enemies since you’re not telling me,” he said.

Clarifying his relationship with the woman, Blaqbonez said they were never officially in a relationship but described their connection as “friends with benefits” because they were friends who were also intimate.

The rapper also recently said he plans to take Odumodublvck to court over the sexual abuse allegation, insisting that the matter should be addressed through the legal process.
