‘You Cannot Erase My Experiences’ — Fola Tinubu Speaks On Lizzy Anjorin
Fola Tinubu, the former wife of Nollywood actress Lizzy Anjorin’s husband, has spoken out about what she described as years of bullying, threats and emotional distress, insisting that she would not be intimidated into silence.
Fola, a mother of four, made the allegations in a lengthy Instagram post recounting events following her former husband’s marriage to Anjorin in 2020.
She said she learnt about the marriage online when her second child was barely three months old. According to her, she struggled to reach her former husband when she needed his support.

Fola also alleged that she faced online attacks, threats involving ₦10 million and pressure that eventually forced her to leave an apartment her former husband had rented for her.
She further claimed that Anjorin questioned the paternity of her children.
On the dispute over DNA testing, Fola said she took legal steps but alleged that her former husband did not attend the process as she had expected.
She added that she had been involved in court proceedings in Lagos and Abuja, with some of the cases still ongoing.
Fola maintained that her dispute was not about getting her former husband back but about protecting her dignity, safeguarding her children’s welfare and seeking justice.
“You may be able to tell your side of the story, but I also have a story to tell. You cannot erase my experiences by presenting yourself as the only victim,” she wrote.
She insisted that she had evidence to support her account and vowed to continue pursuing the matter through the legal system.
“I stand by my words, I stand for my children, and I believe that justice will prevail,” she added.
