Burna Boy, Shakira’s ‘Dai Dai’ Tops Global Chart For Fifth Week

“Dai Dai,” the 2026 FIFA World Cup official song by Nigerian Afrobeats star Burna Boy and Colombian singer Shakira, has continued its impressive run on the global music charts.

The song has remained at number one on the Billboard Global 200 chart for a fifth consecutive week and has topped the Billboard Global Excl. U.S. chart for eight weeks.

Billboard announced the latest achievement on Tuesday through its official X account.

According to data from Luminate, “Dai Dai” recorded 6,000 sales worldwide and 44.1 million streams between July 7 and 13.

Outside the United States, the song generated 37.8 million streams, representing a 10 percent decline, while sales stood at 4,000, down eight percent.

The song has also continued to gain popularity in the United States, particularly on radio stations.

Billboard reported that “Dai Dai” reached number three as the Greatest Gainer on the Rhythmic Airplay chart.

The track also spent one week at the top of the Latin Airplay chart in late July.

The song’s continued success comes nearly a month after the 2026 FIFA World Cup ended on July 19, with Spain defeating Argentina 1-0 in the final.
