Portuguese football star Cristiano Ronaldo has officially married his long-time fiancée, Georgina Rodríguez, in an intimate ceremony in Portugal.

The couple announced their marriage on Instagram on Tuesday, August 11, 2026, sharing a photo of their hands wearing gold wedding rings. Reports say the ceremony took place privately in Cascais, Portugal.

The wedding marks a major milestone in the relationship between Ronaldo and Rodríguez, who have been together for nearly a decade.

Rodríguez, 32, announced their engagement last year by sharing a picture of her engagement ring on social media alongside a message which translated to: “Yes, I do. In this and in all my lives.”

Ronaldo, 41, and Rodríguez have five children in their family: twins Eva Maria and Mateo, Alana, Bella, and Cristiano Jr., Ronaldo’s son from a previous relationship.
