DJ Chicken Finally Regains Freedom From Kirikiri Prison
Controversial Nigerian content creator, DJ Chicken, has regained his freedom after spending nearly two weeks at the Kirikiri Correctional Centre.
The social media personality was released on Tuesday and announced his freedom in a video shared online alongside his lawyer.
Expressing his excitement, DJ Chicken said:
“I’m back oo, freedom at last.”
He also appreciated the Nigerian government, President Bola Tinubu and his son, Seyi Tinubu.
“God bless the Nigerian government, God bless Seyi Tinubu, and our president. I love you guys. It is not easy, my fans. People that are free don’t know what God has done for them. Freedom is good.”
DJ Chicken was remanded in prison by a Lagos State Magistrate Court over allegations that he threatened to kill President Bola Tinubu’s son, Seyi Tinubu.
