‘God Doesn’t Give People Money’ – Daddy Freeze

Nigerian media personality Daddy Freeze has stated that people do not need to serve or worship God to become rich.

Daddy Freeze made the statement during an Instagram Live video on Wednesday night while reacting to TikToker Peller’s remarks at Pastor Tobi Adegboyega’s church in the UK.

Peller had said that while other people were praying at night, he was sleeping at home, yet God still decided to bless him.

Reacting, Daddy Freeze argued that wealth does not necessarily depend on a person’s religious beliefs. He also questioned why many committed Christians remain among the poorest people.

He said, “When you try to connect worshipping God to possession, you take for granted the sacrifice of the biblical Stephen, when you believe that if you pray to God, He gives you money.

“It’s the stupidity of our parents. They prayed to God but did they have money? As long as you attribute money to God, you will remain poor and broke. God doesn’t give people money. If he did, the top 10 richest people in the world would have been born again Christians.”

Daddy Freeze further argued that money comes from creating value, stressing that a person can become wealthy regardless of their religious beliefs.

“You can wake up everyday and say, I hate God, I hate God, I hate God, and still be rich. You don’t need to even acknowledge that God exists to be rich,” he added.
