‘Song Wey No Be Your Own’ — Wande Coal Drags Davido Over Unreleased Verse

Nigerian singer Oluwatobi Ojosipe, popularly known as Wande Coal, has reacted strongly to Davido over the singer’s comments about an unreleased verse on the hit song “Come My Way.”

The development followed a post shared by Wande Coal on his official X account.

Wande Coal appeared frustrated by Davido’s remarks and questioned his involvement in decisions concerning the release of the song.

According to the singer, “Come My Way” already had a planned release strategy and date before Davido’s input.

He also argued that the song performed well without the unreleased contribution.

Wande Coal wrote:

“Carry song come give you as how? Song wey been get release plan and date!!! Song wey no be your own you wan dictate release plan. That song fuckin did well without you on it bruv!!”

His comments have since drawn attention from fans, with the exchange highlighting a disagreement over the unreleased version of the song and its planned release.
