Transfer: Galatasaray President, Özbek Rules Out Osimhen Sale

Galatasaray president Dursun Özbek has ruled out the possibility of Victor Osimhen leaving the club this summer.

Osimhen has been linked with a move to Premier League champions Arsenal, who are reportedly considering a deal that could involve Gabriel Martinelli and Ethan Nwaneri.

Saudi Arabian club Al-Hilal have also been linked with the Nigerian striker.

However, Özbek has made it clear that Galatasaray are determined to keep their star forward and will not consider offers for him.

“What I said for Barış Alper Yılmaz, I am now saying more strongly for Osimhen. No matter how much money it is, I am not selling Osimhen,” he told 343 Digital as quoted by Habersarikirmizi.

Osimhen has already started the new Turkish Super Lig season strongly. The Nigerian international scored twice in Galatasaray’s opening match against Arca Çorum FK on Friday night.
