Transfer: Three players leave Chelsea ahead of deadline day
At least three Chelsea players are set to leave the club ahead of Tuesday’s summer transfer deadline.
The players are Mykhailo Mudryk, Robert Sánchez and Tosin Adarabioyo, with Mudryk and Adarabioyo both heading to Premier League rivals Tottenham Hotspur.
Mudryk will join Spurs on loan with a non-mandatory buy option. Tottenham would have to pay £75 million if they decide to make the move permanent.
Adarabioyo, meanwhile, will make a permanent switch to Tottenham in a deal worth £7 million in fixed fees, with additional payments included as add-ons.
Sánchez is also leaving Stamford Bridge, with the Spanish goalkeeper set to join Como on loan following Chelsea’s signing of Emi Martínez, who immediately replaced him in the starting XI against Brighton.
Football transfer expert Fabrizio Romano confirmed the Sánchez move on X, writing: “Como reach verbal agreement over loan deal to sign Robert Sánchez, here we go!
