Turkey: ‘He’s An Incredible Player’ – Osimhen Hails Galatasaray Teammate

Galatasaray striker Victor Osimhen has praised teammate Aleksey Batrakov following the club’s 3-1 victory over Kasimpasa in the Turkish Super Lig on Friday.

Osimhen described the 21-year-old midfielder as an incredible player, highlighting his ability to read the game and anticipate situations before receiving the ball.

“Batrakov is an incredible player. He reads the game before the ball even comes to him,” Osimhen said in his post-match interview, as quoted by Sami Yen Gündem.

The Nigerian striker also revealed that Batrakov made a strong impression on his teammates during his first training session with the Turkish champions.

“Everyone was shocked during his first training session,” Osimhen added.

Batrakov joined Galatasaray from Russian club Lokomotiv Moscow earlier this year and will be hoping to earn playing time as the team prepares for its upcoming fixtures.
