UCL: Blow for Mourinho as three Real Madrid players banned for Inter Milan clash
Real Madrid manager Jose Mourinho will be without three players for Tuesday’s UEFA Champions League clash against Inter Milan at the Santiago Bernabéu.
Eduardo Camavinga, Arda Güler and Bernardo Silva will miss the match due to UEFA suspensions carried over from last season.
The three midfielders were sent off in their final European appearances last season and must now serve their remaining bans.
Their absence is another setback for Mourinho, who is already dealing with several injury concerns within his squad.
Real Madrid are also without Rodrygo, Éder Militão and Ferland Mendy, further reducing Mourinho’s options ahead of the important European fixture.
The Spanish giants head into the match looking to respond after suffering a 1-0 defeat to Real Betis in LaLiga, which ended their perfect start to the campaign.
