Ballon d’Or: He Always Wants More – Diaz Names Player Who Deserves 2026 Award

Bayern Munich star Luis Diaz has backed his teammate Harry Kane to win the 2026 Ballon d’Or.

The Colombian winger gave his support to Kane in a video shared by Bayern Munich on Thursday, saying the England captain deserves the individual award 100 per cent.

“He does everything. He attacks, defends, and assists,” Diaz said when asked why Kane should win the Ballon d’Or.

Diaz also praised Kane’s mentality and his desire to keep improving, saying the striker never settles despite his impressive performances.

“He was one of the top scorers in the whole world last season. That is why I think he deserves it. 100%.”

“He always wants more, refuses to settle, and he helps you as a teammate to grow.”

Kane scored 72 goals for Bayern Munich and England last season, while also helping Bayern win the Bundesliga title and England secure a bronze medal at the 2026 World Cup.
