EPL: Ian Wright, Gary Neville, Roy Keane predict Liverpool vs Arsenal
Several prominent football pundits have shared their predictions ahead of Sunday’s Premier League showdown between Liverpool and Arsenal at Anfield.
Arsenal will travel to Merseyside with an opportunity to move into first place following Manchester City’s 1-0 defeat to Brighton on Saturday.
Liverpool, meanwhile, will be looking to secure victory against the defending champions and strengthen their position in the race for a top-four finish.
Arsenal legend Ian Wright backed his former club to claim all three points, expressing confidence in the Gunners ahead of the encounter.
“I think we beat them,” Wright said on the Stick to Football podcast.
He further explained his prediction, saying: “This is the game that kind of defines Liverpool if they are coming back. You’re looking at [Alexis] Mac Allister, even [Cody] Gakpo [to step up]… but deep down, I really think we beat them. 2-1 Arsenal.”
