Nigerian music star Ayra Starr has opened up about how different her life might have been if she had not succeeded in the music industry.

Speaking during an interview with EE72, the award-winning singer said she believes she would likely be unemployed and still living with her mother if music had not worked out for her.

Reflecting on her journey to fame, Ayra Starr admitted that she does not think she would have succeeded as a content creator either because of the amount of effort required in that profession.

“If I weren’t doing music, I would literally be unemployed. I don’t even think I would be a content creator because that’s a lot of work. I would just be chilling in my mum’s house and eating my mum’s food,” she said.

Her comments have sparked conversations on social media, with many fans relating to the difficulties young people face in finding employment opportunities.

Ayra Starr also spoke about life in the spotlight, revealing that she sometimes wishes the public knew less about her personal life.

The artiste explained that being a public figure comes with challenges, especially when it comes to maintaining privacy.

Her remarks have been praised by many fans, who described them as honest and relatable. Others said her story highlights how success can completely change a person’s life and create opportunities that may not have existed otherwise.

Tonto Dikeh Deepens Gospel Journey With Bold Public Faith Shift

Nigerian actress and politician, Tonto Dikeh, has continued to attract attention following her public declaration of a deeper commitment to Christianity.

The former actress, who revealed in February that she completed a discipleship programme at Pastor Jerry Eze’s church, Streams of Joy International, has once again reaffirmed her spiritual transformation.

In a video shared on her Instagram page, the 40-year-old spoke about a “spiritual rebirth” that she says has changed her outlook on life, faith, and service.

She also displayed her discipleship certificate, describing the experience as a turning point in her journey.

Weeks after her announcement, she reportedly carried out what she described as her first deliverance encounter, where she claimed to have intervened in a situation involving a schoolgirl.

Tonto Dikeh said the experience was a sign of the ministry she believes God has placed on her life, stating:

“I Was Saved From The Sea World So That I May Serve As A Tool In His Hands To Save Others.”

She has since continued to share faith-based messages online, urging her followers to remain connected to God.

She wrote: “In The Same Way, When We Stay Connected To The Source (Jesus Christ), Our Lives Become Fruitful.”

She also referenced Bible passages, including John 15:5 and James 4:8, emphasizing that faith should extend beyond church walls into daily life.

According to her, a genuine relationship with God requires consistency, not occasional emotional experiences, as she continues her public gospel-focused journey.

Mr Real Reacts As Idowest Claims Ownership Of ‘Legbegbe’

Published

on

Nigerian singer, Mr Real, has reacted after fellow artiste, Idowest, claimed ownership of the popular street anthem, “Legbegbe.”

The song, released in 2018 by Mr Real featuring Idowest, became one of the biggest hits that pushed the Shaku Shaku movement across Nigeria.

The dispute started after Idowest, during a livestream with streamer Carter Efe, claimed he originally composed the full song and only featured Mr Real as a “boy from the hood.”

He also alleged that Mr Real had been wrongly claiming ownership of the track.

Reacting in a video broadcast, Mr Real strongly dismissed the claim, insisting that he is the rightful owner of the song and accused Idowest of lying during the interview.

He Said: “Idowest, I Heard Everything You Said At Carter Efe’s Live. You Said You Will Beat Me In A Match. I Am Your Senior Brother And I Will Beat You.

“I Heard You Were Deported From America. Instead Of You To Promote Your Music, You Are Downgrading Me And Claiming My Song, ‘Legbegbe.’ I Won’t Even Waste My Precious Time On You.”

Mr Real also accepted Idowest’s challenge to a public fight, escalating the tension between both artistes as fans react to the ongoing dispute.
