My Ex-Boyfriend Released My Private Video After Placing A Bet With Friends – Tiwa Savage

Nigerian singer Tiwa Savage has revealed that her ex-boyfriend allegedly leaked her private video after placing a bet with his friends.

Speaking during an interview on The Breakfast Club, Tiwa said the incident was deeply traumatic and that she now sees herself as a victim of betrayal.

The singer also dismissed claims that the leaked video was a publicity stunt to promote her music.

According to Tiwa, her former boyfriend initially told her that the video was accidentally shared while he was trying to save it. However, she later discovered that it was allegedly connected to a bet he made with his friends.

She said learning the truth made the situation even more painful because she had trusted him.

“Even that itself was traumatic because he was my boyfriend, we were in a relationship, and I’m hearing later that it was a bet. So, did you really like me or this was just planned from the beginning?

“I trusted him at the time because he was my boyfriend, but I didn’t know he did it because he placed a bet with his friend.

“I’m not going to anyone’s hotel cause you can have cameras hidden; yeah, you’re coming to my safe space.

“They thought I did it for PR. A lot of people thought, ‘Ah, she’s not relevant anymore and she’s doing this.’ And I’m like, Guys, trust me, if I wanted to do that, I would have had better lighting,” she said.
