Transfer deadline: 35 players leave Chelsea, 11 new stars join [See list]

Chelsea were one of the busiest clubs during the 2026 summer transfer window, with at least 35 players leaving Stamford Bridge before the deadline on Tuesday.

The Blues were particularly active in the outgoing market, bringing in more than £460 million from player sales, including fees received from loan deals.

Chelsea also spent more than £280 million on new players during the summer as they continued to reshape their squad ahead of the new season.

Among the players who joined Chelsea during the transfer window were Valentin Barco, Pep Chavarria, Jordan Henderson, Danny Welbeck, Maxence Lacroix, Emiliano Martinez, Marco Palestra, Geovany Quenda, Morgan Rogers, Dastan Satpayev and Emmanuel Emegha.
