Alvaro Morata Names Osimhen Among World’s Top Three Strikers

Leganes striker Alvaro Morata has named Galatasaray forward Victor Osimhen among the top three strikers in the world.

Morata, who previously played alongside Osimhen at Galatasaray, also praised the Nigerian international and said he enjoyed playing with him.

“Victor is one of the world’s top three strikers for me. I really enjoyed playing with him,” Morata told Sporty TV.

The Spanish striker recalled how easy it was to play behind Osimhen, highlighting the Nigerian’s pace and ability to attack space.

“Sometimes I remember playing behind Victor. It was like ‘Kick the ball into space, I will score the goal.’ I think he’s one of the best in the world.”

Osimhen has continued to impress since joining Galatasaray from Napoli, establishing himself as one of the club’s most important attacking players.
